The largest transit operator in North America needed to move their email off of an on-premises Exchange environment to Exchange Online. In addition, they wanted to find a way to modernize their employee performance and review process that was done manually via paper.
Due to a strong Microsoft partnership, fixed pricing and significant O365 project experience, the transit operator decided to partner with Blue Chip to complete an O365 migration and application development project.
Over the course of 44 weeks, Blue Chip moved 12,000 mailboxes to Exchange Online. In addition, Blue Chip used SharePoint technology to build an online tool to track employee performance and reviews.
Upon project conclusion, the transit operator had enhanced messaging capabilities and a modernized employee review process. As a result, employee efficiency and productivity increased.
