Project and Readiness Manager

Blue Chip is looking for a Project and Readiness Manager who can be responsible for the implementation of technical solutions, while tending towards process, procedure, and business management of projects.

The ideal candidate has previous experience on large-scale projects at enterprise organizations and has worked with support teams and other IT groups to implement new technology.

 

Note: Remote workers must be open to travel.

  • Experience identifying, anticipating, and managing resistance to change
  • Ability to coordinate efforts with other change managers
  • Experiencing integrating change management activities into a project plan
  • Ability to evaluate and ensure end user and administrator readiness
  • Can define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

Desired Skills

  • IT, technical, or consulting experience
  • Experience with Help Desk or Desktop Support in a large organization
  • Experience acting as a technical liaison to the business and / or other IT groups when implementing new technologies in the organization
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
  • Forward looking with a holistic approach
